1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the he777 website at he777.vu, its mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services provided by he777.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player upon successful registration with he777.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• "Real Funds" means Philippine Peso amounts deposited by a Player from their own personal payment method and credited to their Wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the he777 registration process, ticking any "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox, making a deposit, or accessing any game on the Platform, you conclusively indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the he777 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your account registration and remains in force for the entire duration of your relationship with he777, including after any account closure with respect to obligations that by their nature survive termination.

3. Eligibility & Registration

4. Account Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party for any reason. he777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify he777 Customer Support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. he777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. he777 reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any point during the lifecycle of your Account.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

he777 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. he777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the he777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies via USDT TRC20 or other digital assets will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by he777 at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your primary name, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. he777 may request proof that deposited funds originate from accounts held in your name.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

he777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be refunded and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

he777 targets the following processing times under normal operating conditions:

• GCash & Maya: Within 15 minutes of approval, available 24/7 including Philippine public holidays.
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank: 1–3 Philippine banking business days following approval.
• USDT TRC20: Within 30–60 minutes of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. he777 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion beyond our control.

6.3 KYC as a Condition of Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player's Account has passed KYC verification. he777 may require additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Where operationally possible, he777 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard financial security measure to prevent fraudulent fund movement.

6.5 Wagering Requirement Compliance

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by he777 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount. The applicable multiple for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

he777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has attempted to abuse our bonus programme. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited software to place systematic low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Accounts permanently suspended.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other active bonuses, only one bonus may be active in your Wallet at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.3 Disconnections

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or navigate the Platform.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.

10. Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of he777.

he777's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude he777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

he777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, he777 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email to the registered address on file, via an in-Platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the he777 homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account before the amended terms take effect. Requests for Account closure should be submitted to [email protected].

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Player's use of the he777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact he777 Customer Support to seek resolution of any dispute informally. he777 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 Philippine business days of receipt. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
